Secondary Market Product 

Constitutes Liens, Deeds, or REO (or portfolios of) that are held by individuals or other investment entities and which are offered for sale to other interested parties. There are various reasons that this product would be liquidated or sold at discount, including: a need for re-capitalization; the investment doesn't fit the investment criteria closely enough; a cease of investing in such financial vehicles; or the investment is not profitable enough. It is these motives that one must sift through to determine the value of the potential purchase and the potential discount that can be negotiated. Once this is determined, standard due-diligence must be done to solidify the assessment of the potential purchase.

We have considerable special access to such product. We provide efforts to locate portfolios, or buyers of portfolios and product under liquidation. We can assist in assessment of such product but it is recommended that you are a seasoned investor in the tax lien or real estate fields to assess and purchase secondary market liens or deeds.
